Terms & Conditions — Satoshi Study
Satoshi Study (“we”, “us”) is the digital course store of Bitcoin Wilderness, a South African Bitcoin education brand. These terms govern your use of https://www.satoshistudy.com and any purchase made through it.
1. Products
We sell original, self-authored digital downloadable PDF courses (e.g. “Bitcoin From Zero (SA Edition)”). All products are digital; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Payment
Payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) via PayFast, or in Bitcoin (BTC) to the address provided at checkout. Prices are as listed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery Policy
Because our products are digital, delivery is by email. Once we confirm payment (PayFast instant, or BTC after 1 network confirmation + your emailed receipt), we send the PDF to the email address you provide within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, email info@bitcoinwilderness.co.za and we will resend promptly.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods (delivered immediately and non-returnable once accessed), all sales are final. A refund is granted only if:
- The file was undeliverable (e.g. email bounce) and we cannot resend it, or
- The wrong product was delivered due to our error.
There is no ongoing subscription — every purchase is a single, one-time transaction, so no cancellation of recurring billing is required.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, text, and designs are the original work of Bitcoin Wilderness / Satoshi Study and are protected. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce the materials. Personal use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our courses are educational and not financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the information provided.
